Ok folks, I promise this will be the last entry on Werewolf by Night for a while. Since I was doing a retrospect on it, I thought it would also be a good idea to look at he current state of WBN.

The second issue of Dead of Night Featuring Werewolf by Night has been released ad it gets great recommendations. It seems to be retelling the origin of Jack Russell in a more mature fashion. Parts of the story remind me somewhat of the old storylines with “The Committee” from the 1970s although this new limited series is much more grim and violent than anything that was produced in the 1970s. However, the violence is the backdrop to a very engaging storyline and that is why it gets high marks from me.
