Car Warranty

This is a true story. I put a lot of miles on my car because I do a lot of driving. My warranty was good for 100,000 miles. Quite honestly, I had next to no problems with the car for the vast majority of the time I owned it. Then, I was driving the car home one night and it went totally haywire. I had to have it towed home. The reason was the car needed a super tune up and a whole bunch of added repairs. It ended up costing me well over $1500. And how many miles did I have on the car? 104,000. I was 4,000 miles over the warranty. Had I acquired a Toyota extended warranty much of the repair work would have been covered. So, my oversight ended up costing me a great deal of loose change. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly endorse the idea of acquiring an extended warranty on a car. Extending you warranty is a smart way to make sure that you do not run into any problems with excessive repair costs. In fact, you might even be able to knock your repair bills down to zero. Do the right thing: extend your car warranty if possible.
