Captain America on YouTube!!!

Yes, it looks like the classic Power Records release that I mentioned yesterday has been saved for posterity on Youtube. For those of you who may have missed it, here it is. This is a solid story that is one of the better Captain America tales of the 1970s. Cap's book would become a much better read in the early 1980s when John Byrne took it over. Subsequent issues without Byrne were equally well-written. Who was a major villain dusted off during the 1980s? It was a different (and scarier) incarnation of The Phoenix who debuted in this issue.

Cap does have a tendency to pontificate on depressing issues does he not? Ah well, he is still a good guy. In the conclusion to the Phoenix storyline, we discover that the vllain has issues that are super serious.
