Without a doubt, one of the most fun holidays during the year is Mardi Gras. This is a very festive and fun holiday and it attracts tourists from all over the world. But, what location are they attracted to? Now, most people will respond New Orleans and, yes, many people do visit New Orleans. However, it is not the only city people visit. There are many who love to descend upon Central Florida to enjoy their Mardi Gras in Universal Studios Orlando. And, yes, a vacation here is loaded with all sorts of fun and activities. For myself personally, I love sightseeing so I would definitely look at the sights to see around Islands of Adventure and the actual Universal Studios Orlando Park. Since I am a huge fan of the King Kong movies (all of them starting with the 1933 version) I would check out the awesome tram ride that puts you face to face with Kong. (Well, face to face with a mechanical Kong) Of course, I also enjoy eating (a lot) when I go out so I would have a little fun trying the various restaurants in the region as well. That may even be the thing I look forward to the most when I heard to Universal Studios Orlando. My personal favorite aspect of the Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Orlando is the live entertainment. That is always a proverbial blast to watch and I look forward to it every time I visit the area. While I have not attended the Mardi Gras there yet, I have at other times of the year. I would like to check out Mardi Gras next time around because it can be a fun change of pace.
